Over four intense days of competition, the venue hosted high-level basketball, fair play, and strong engagement from athletes, coaching staffs, families, and supporters, in an atmosphere that honored district women’s basketball and reinforced the importance of youth sports development.
The organization of this event was only possible thanks to the essential support of the Cascais Municipal Council and the Cascais and Estoril Parish Council, whose contribution was decisive for the organization and success of the competition.
A special word of thanks also goes to the partners who supported the bar and were present throughout the entire competition: the Lactalis Group, through the brands Ucal, Santal, Yoggi, and Lindahl’s Protein, and the Natural Spot Bar, a project by Rodrigo Chapelas - one of the first athletes trained at Estoril Basket Clube - who stands as a living example of the lasting connection the Club strives to maintain with everyone who has been part of its 20-year history, both on and off the court.
Finally, we extend our deepest appreciation to the parents and families of Estoril Basket Clube, whose involvement was absolutely essential - both in logistical support and through contributions to the bar - once again demonstrating the spirit of unity, dedication, and community that defines our Club.
From a sporting perspective, Estoril Basket Clube’s Under-18 Women’s team stood out in the Qualification Final Phase for the National Competitions, winning all three matches played and clearly securing qualification for the Under-18 Women’s National Championship.
Estoril Basket Clube is proud to continue contributing actively to the development of youth and women’s basketball, reinforcing its commitment to training, the organization of high-quality events, and the promotion of sport in the municipality of Cascais.
